Eva harnesses a truly global outlook shaped by experience at the highest levels of culture, diplomacy and communications. For 17 years, she served in King Charles III’s team, first as a Communications Lead and later as the Royal Household’s first-ever Director of Global Community Engagement.
She now leads Forster Jones & Associates, an elite advisory firm specialising in strategic communications, cultural competency and trusted counsel for globally prominent figures.
Blending anthropology, communications mastery and deep cultural fluency, Eva’s career is defined by discretion, influence and a proven ability to help leaders build meaningful global impact.

Global Connector
Eva’s career has centred on building influential relationships across borders, sectors and communities. During her time in the Royal Household, she led cultural strategies for landmark moments including The King and Queen’s Coronation, official visits to more than 70 countries, and historic engagements with Presidents Obama, Xi Jinping, Nelson Mandela and The Emir of Qatar, among many others.
She was also instrumental in delivering The King’s first incoming state visit from the President Ramaphosa of South Africa and outgoing state visits to France and Kenya.
As Global Strategic Advisor to King’s Trust Group, Eva spearheaded the effort to position the Trust as a philanthropic force active in 25 countries. and is also Founder of Brand63Africa, a pioneering social enterprise connecting designers of African heritage with the global luxury market.

Cultural Influencer
Eva is recognised for shaping cultural moments that resonate globally. She spearheaded projects such as the Windrush Portraits, which became the subject of a BBC documentary, Buckingham Palace’s first-ever Lunar New Year celebration, and The King’s Music Room for Apple Music.
Her work consistently bridges heritage and modernity, elevating underrepresented voices while creating platforms that celebrate creativity, identity and cultural exchange.
Decorated by Queen Elizabeth as a Lieutenant of the Royal Victorian Order and then later by King Charles as a Commander of the Royal Victorian Order, Eva has an Honorary Doctorate in Community Engagement from the University of East London. She serves as Chair of the SXSW London Advisory Council, Board Adviser to Untold Studios, and is an ordained Reverend.
