Eva is a trusted advisor and civic leader with a distinguished record of service encompassing the Royal Household, global philanthropy and community impact.

She advises His Majesty The King and The King’s Trust, served as trustee of Big Kid Foundation, and is National Commissioner of the Independent Community and Cohesion Committee.

Community Engagement Advisor to

His Majesty The King

For 17 years, Eva was an advisor within the Royal Household, serving first as Communications Lead and later as the first-ever Director of Community Engagement to a British Monarch. The role saw her play a pivotal role in The Coronation, Royal Weddings and official visits to more than 70 countries.

She spearheaded the celebrated “Windrush at 75” Portraits project and accompanying BBC documentary as well as The Coronation Food Project. She also led landmark moments such as Their Majesties visits to Brick Lane and the Jewish Community Centre London (JW3), and the Palace’s first-ever Lunar New Year celebration. Eva continues to be an advisor to The King on Community Engagement matters, reflecting her deep commitment to fostering cultural understanding and community cohesion.

King’s Trust Global Ambassador Group

Eva has worked closely with The King’s Trust for over a decade, helping to support global engagement and communications. She co-created the charity’s Global Gala in New York with Lionel Ritchie and Edward Enninful securing global media and brand partnerships worth hundreds of millions of dollars as well as leading an upcoming documentary for Netflix to celebrate 50 years of The King’s Trust.

The King’s Trust works to empower young people to build the confidence, skills and experience they need to succeed in work, education and enterprise. The charity is active in 20 countries and has supported more than one million young people since it was founded by His Majesty The King, as Prince of Wales, in 1976.

Big Kid Foundation

Eva is a Founding Trustee of Big Kid Foundation, an award-winning London charity working to end youth violence. Rooted in Christian values, it serves, empowers and supports young people without exception.

As a Trustee, Eva has supported the organisation for over a decade, helping to grow its impact through fundraising, community engagement and communications. She has also led targeted provision for young women, including initiatives such as HER Collective, girls’ sports pathways, and dedicated safe spaces focused on confidence, identity and leadership.

Independent Community & Cohesion Committee

Eva serves as National Commissioner of the Independent Community and Cohesion Committee, providing strategic leadership on issues of social cohesion, inclusion and community resilience.

Working at arm’s length from government, the Committee brings together expertise from across civil society, academia and public life to provide independent, evidence-based insight. Its work focuses on strengthening trust, fostering dialogue and addressing the complex challenges facing diverse communities.
