The King’s Music Room for Apple Music is Nominated for ARIA Award
The Audio and Radio Industry Awards (ARIAS) celebrate the biggest names and rising stars in radio. Among the nominees for the Radio Times Moment of the Year is The King’s Music Room; a groundbreaking podcast Executive co-created by Eva Omaghomi for Apple Music.
It features a playlist personally curated by His Majesty The King to celebrate Commonwealth Day through the music of some his favourite artists across the Commonwealth. From Bob Marley to Kylie Minogue, His Majesty’s playlist included a wide mix of genres including reggae, disco, Afrobeats, classic crooners and pop. It shot to the top of the global Apple Music Chart within days of being released.
